Returns & Refunds
Email photos to support@joylanes.com within *48 hours*, and we’ll send a replacement or refund immediately.
We offer 7-days hassle-free returns*. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

3. Print the prepaid return label and ship it back.
There are some products which can not be returned but eligible for exchange. It will be mention in Info Tab of products.
We cover return costs for damaged/defective items. For other returns, a small fee may apply.
Refunds are processed within *3 business days* of receiving your return. Allow *5-7 days* for the amount to reflect in your account.
